Synneva has been an amazing collaborator and contributor to our last two conferences! This has been evident both through her on-stage performances and behind the scenes during the planning phase. With her accommodating attitude, she has provided creative input and wise assessments in the buildup to our conferences. In addition, she delivered energetic and engaging performances as the moderator on our Tech Stage in April and for our Networking Dinner in September. I have collaborated with Synneva on two gatherings for employees at Lyse Produksjon AS, where the focus has been on teamwork, building a strong corporate culture, and values. On the international stage, she contributed as the emcee at the closing ceremony of ICOLD Norway 2015, a large international congress with approximately 1000 participants in Stavanger. She also participated in the promotion of this event in Indonesia. As a client, Synneva always meets you with great energy and enthusiasm. She is well-prepared, inspiring, adept at engaging everyone, and speaks a language tailored to the audience. A strength is her ability to wear many hats and, more or less spontaneously, conclude the meeting by singing "Tir n’a noir" or another hit! Synneva can be highly recommended.

Synneva served as the moderator for Session 20: "Linking Technology and Markets" when we, for the first time, organized Technical Sessions during ONS 2016. She excelled in this role! Her professionalism, engagement, and stage presence during the session, along with her valuable input beforehand, were significant contributors to the success of the event.

I have yet to experience Synneva Erland as a speaker, but I've worked closely with her on TV. In the panel program "Arena" on TV Vest, we discussed various topics, big and small. Synneva Erland delivered every time! She was present, well-prepared, and spontaneous. We often look for talent on screen who can provide concrete comments and opinions on specific topics. Synneva Erland can keep the conversation going with specific viewpoints, is not afraid to stand out, and always has that coveted "twinkle in her eye." I believe she even belted out a song verse, live on air. The recording format was "live to tape," which demands a lot from panelists. Synneva Erland met all expectations and would still be part of "Arena" if the program were still on the air.
